Updates the profile photo of the logged-in ABHA user (X-token). Send the photo as a Base64 string.

TIMESTAMP yes Current UTC timestamp in ISO-8601 format.
REQUEST-ID yes Unique UUID for every request.
X-token yes User token (Bearer <token>) received after verification / login.
